As the planning content is completely different depending on the purpose and business, we wish to get a good initial understanding of the specific issues and objectives, including images, and other preferences.

Meeting
Our intention is to listen and discuss advertising plans, schedules, budgets, etc. and share product images, possibly by utilizing web conferencing tools.

Submit Proposal and Estimate
Based on the hearing, we will submit a project proposal and an estimate that match the customer’s request, purpose, and direction. We will check in detail whether there is a need for a photo shoot, publication of manuscript including budget, etc.

Contract/Order
Following review and approval of the submitted project proposal / estimate, a contract will be signed. For first time clients, we will start production following advance payment.

Production
We will complete the advertising and design production work according to the agreed plan and schedule. Any issues with the content, image or documentation will be addressed and resubmitted following required adjustments.

Delivery
Following confirmation of the final project document, in the case of printed matter, it will be delivered to the designated location and regarding web related products, e.g. homepage, it will be delivered to the assigned server. We also offer after-sales support.
